1. This training  programme is applicable EXCLUSIVELY  for  the  Diploma in Sales Taxation (DST) holders of GIFT

2. Upload latest Passport size photograph

3. Upload scanned copy of the DST Certificate (Please upload it in the place to upload ID Card in the  online Registration form)

4. Please enter your DST Reg No/ Code No (Please enter it in the column for ID Card No. in the online Registration form)

5. Total Fees Rs.12000 (inclusive of CGST 9%, SGST 9% and KFC 1%).

6. Fees once paid will not be refunded

7. Break-fast (except for 11 November 2019) ,Tea, snacks & Lunch will be provided during the training programme

8. At the time of Training bring original and Photocopy of DST Certificate and Aadhar
